Programme summary
Beyond Limits Sprint is a 6-week live experience for women.
The programme price is £299 unless stated otherwise at checkout.
The programme includes:
- A pre-recorded video each week for 6 weeks
- Two live sessions, currently scheduled for Week 3 and Week 6
- Access to programme materials for 6 months
7-day refund window
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase date.
Your email must include:
- Your full name
- The email address used to purchase
- Your purchase date
- A clear request for a refund
Refund requests received after the 7-day refund window will not be eligible for a refund, unless required by law.
After the refund window
After 7 days from purchase, all payments are non-refundable.
This includes situations where:
- You change your mind after the refund window
- You do not complete the programme
- You do not watch the pre-recorded videos
- You miss one or both live sessions
- You decide the timing no longer works for you
- You experience a change in personal circumstances
- You choose not to use your access during the 6-month access period
Missed live sessions
Beyond Limits Sprint includes two live sessions, currently scheduled for Week 3 and Week 6.
If you miss a live session, you will receive the recording or relevant materials where available.
Recordings are not guaranteed in every circumstance, for example if there is a technical issue or another reason a recording is unavailable.
Missing a live session does not qualify for a refund, partial refund, transfer, extra live session, or extension of access.
Access period
Your access to Beyond Limits Sprint materials is available for 6 months, unless stated otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for using the materials during your access period.
Once the access period ends, access may be removed and materials may no longer be available.
Cancelling your participation
You may choose to stop participating in Beyond Limits Sprint at any time.
Stopping participation does not automatically create a right to a refund.
If you want to cancel your participation, email [email protected] so your request can be noted.
Programme changes or rescheduling
We aim to deliver Beyond Limits Sprint as described.
Sometimes reasonable changes may be needed, including changes to session times, delivery format, content order, or supporting materials.
If a live session needs to be rescheduled, we will give as much notice as reasonably possible.
A reasonable change to the programme does not automatically create a right to a refund.
If we cancel the programme
If Living Without Limits Method Ltd. cancels Beyond Limits Sprint in full and does not provide a suitable alternative, you will receive a refund for the amount you paid for the programme.
If part of the programme needs to be rescheduled or replaced with a suitable alternative, this will not usually qualify for a full refund.
Full Beyond Limits Experience credit
If you are offered a credit towards the Full Beyond Limits Experience, the credit must be used within 30 days of the credit being offered or confirmed.
The credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or used after the 30-day period has ended.
The Full Beyond Limits Experience includes weekly live sessions. Attendance is not required every week. The experience is positioned as 6 months, with the active programme running for around 5 months to allow space for holidays, vacations, and life events.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment platform.
Any third-party payment processing fees that are not returned to us may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
